Property layout
Leaving area: a small entrance, a living room with table, wardrobe and a single sofa bed (cm. 180 x 100). A separate kitchenette fully furnished with induction cooker.
Sleeping area: a typical "alcove" bedroom, a room separated from the livingroom by a curtain without window, with a double bed (190x160 cm).
There is a bathroom with window, a shower cabin, a bidet, a sink and and washing machine. PVC windows with double glazing. No TV.
Free wife and air conditioning.

The apartment is ideal for 2 people but can accommodate up to 3.

Wi-Fi and air conditioning are free.
The apartment is provided with sheets and towels, and on demand of a cot for children up to three years and a baby chair. Linen will be changed free of charge every 7 days. There are also available kitchen utensils, an electric oven, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a refrigerator, a hair dryer, a washing machine, an iron, a reserve water tank and a first aid kit. No freezer for ice. No TV.
Common basic rules
No pets. No party. No smoking inside the apartment.
